Shipping:
All orders are fulfilled and drop-shipped by our manufacturing partner i-O
Display Systems, LLC. We ship Monday through Friday only. Orders placed after
2:00 pm PST will be processed the following business day. Our preferred carriers
are UPS and Federal Express. We do not ship via US MAIL. i-O Display Systems
ships within the US and to most international destinations. We do not ship

Payment Methods:
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. COD is available at an additional charge, by
cashiers check or money order only. Please call our office for more information
at (800) 339-5287. International orders require prepayment by wire transfer
or money order. No international credit cards are accepted.
Product Returns:
We recommend UPS, Fed Ex or Airmail for the return of your product. The customer
is responsible for ALL freight, customs fee, duties and taxes associated with
a return or repair. i-O Display Systems will refuse any package which is received
with any of these fees unpaid.
